Life coaching is a practice that helps people identify and achieve personal and professional goals. I specialise in developing confidence, health and clarity in adults (21-50), and offer a variety of programs and coaching sessions/styles to deal with your individual needs. Whether you are at a crossroads, striving for progress or just searching for a safe non-judgmental space to find the best way forward, coaching with with me is a fundamentally empowering experience.
My training, work experience and any achievement
Over the past 20 years, I have coached and mentored on a wide range of topics and disciplines, in a variety of countries. I have done this in both personal and group settings, for multi-nationals, charities, and private individuals. I have completed numerous courses on a range on topics, as well as holding three degrees and diplomas including an MBA. While this may make me seem like an academic, I am far from it, and would be described by the people who I am currently coaching/mentoring as caring, forthright, enthusiastic and intuitive in my approach to all that I do. I am fully dedicated to each and every one of my clients, and will go above and beyond to help you make the changes you desire.Further Information
People come to coaching for lots of different reasons, but the bottom line is change. They no longer want things to stay the same and they see that coaching can make that change happen.
